From what they have said, I get that general feel. They seem to be planning on training me for several months. The fast paced constant work environment I am in now makes this seem strange. Where I work now is all about production and deadlines. This is what I am used to. And the lack of understanding at what exactly I will do at my next position has been weighing on me.
