I used to have those little siren things on my car to try to keep the deer away. Must have worked, I never hit one before. I've seen some nasty damage done to a car when hitting a deer though and you got off lucky. I got hit in the rear Friday by a car. I think he was going maybe about 10 - 15mph and did a heck of a lot more damage to his car than that.
