Topic awaiting preservation: How do I retrieve the UID or MSGID of an email message saved to a mailbox in php - roundcube

Hi guys, I'm really stuck here right5 now and need help quick! I need to be able to find a way to retrieve the uid of a message which I've appended to a mailbox in php - currently Im tweaking roubdcube mail which uses Ilohamails functions - however there appears to be no way for me to be able to retriev the uid or msgid of teh message once its appended to a mailbox.

All I have is the messageID - u knwo the long ugly looking string - but its practically useless astheres no function in Iloha nor in roundcube mail that helps me to retrieve a message once its saved to a mailbox..

please guys I need help pronto on this...

Both should be in the message headers, I believe.
