Sorry for the waste of space - I am hoping to refine it soon...

Look what I discovered today:

Google charts lets you draw a whole picture with a single URL! I have already been wasting 2 hours with this, somebody please switch my brain off and pass me the pills...

Sorry kimson I'm not allowed to touch switches after the meltdown in 2002 but I do have one of my range of "Tao's Transcendental Tablets" left that you can have. Only mild side effects

EDIT: And on a completely different note, my five minute attempt at recreating the Paramount logo (I know - taking the 'picture' bit a little too seriously)...

Who fancies reproducing a great classic... then seeing which is greater; the data required to reproduce the classic in Google charts, or in a .jpg! Either way, it's beyond me...

not exactly what you had in mind but I tried to do mona lisa and ran into problems real quick



this is all I could do ... more pixels and it doesn't work

actually it didn't take that long :P ... I basically resized a mona lisa image, wrote a quick java program to generate the color codes and spent most of my time on fiddling with the parameters

besides, I'm on vacation ^^

I suppose I was a fool to think nobody would attempt it. Very impressive!
