Person C talks to him, getting to assume that this man hates everyone who is not white. Person C judges, calling this man a racist. Times pass, person C sees the same man, man is holding a charity for black people. Percon C doesn't adjust and still holds the guy for a racist, so every borderline usage of humor is perceived as racist. That's me here and now, and it's not person B - so it's not a judgement that applies, but it's NORMAL and HUMAN for me to feel on the defensive when insulted or threatened to be shut down. I think it's just a matter of fine tuning - and I would appreciate a flameless version of the resolution of this. EDIT : Hence the fact I'll form my intent differently in a more discreet thread - I do care to receive if you care to deliver it in a non agressive way. Deal? Off to the Mad Sci forum..
