The question is "If abortion should be illegal, what should be the punishment for it?" - and I think it is perfectly fair to ask such. I think EVERYONE should ask it of themselves, and answer it. As Master Suho has pointed out, if Abortion is going to be illegal, then it should be considered a pre-meditated act. That makes it more punishable under the law. So the real question would boil down to if it is illegal because it is the killing of a human life, or not. If so, then Master Suho is right - we are talking about pre-meditated Murder here, and the punishment for it is about the highest there is. Since I do not personally see how it can be made illegal based on Morality and be somehow punishable, I tend towards the above. And for the record, I am against making Abortion illegal.
