Sorry don't know the exact limit. So to answer your last post with a [b]6[/b] month difference in mind, because otherwise it would be either illegal or a medical abortion ( because the life of the child or the mum are compromised if the pregnancy is let going full term ). And there is a BIG difference. In one case the father murders his child, in the other case it's "just" an abortion which as far as science can tell does NOT induce pain to the fetus at all if done before the 5th month.
