About 2 months ago my 17" Powerbook (about 3.5 y/o) stopped turning on. I took it in to my local Apple Store for repair and about a week later I was charged $310 for it. To make a long story short it would work for a few days and then fail to turn on again. Yesterday marked the fourth time I was taking it back since originally taking it in after Thanksgiving. After looking at it for about 45 minutes and running various diagnostics, they offered me the brand new MBP. How sweet is that? I take back everything negative that I've said about the company ...
