So...technically, the Judge can do something like this under the law. That is what is so stupid and moronic about this. The type of backlash these types of things can have, can be enormous. The Domain Server location has been a point of contention between the US and other countries for awhile, with the US always saying that they "would act responsibly" - well, one can see just how "responsible" that really is. Just adds more fuel for the fire. I am not sure how things are going to progress legally speaking. It has been reduced from a permanent to a temporary ban by the Judge.
