Of course, if one must use such a utility, my personal favorite is [url=http://www.ccleaner.com/]CCleaner[/url], which is free, proven, and probably has more features than the one posted by onclejean. I actually [i]do[/i] use CCleaner myself, and would recommend it (it includes an uninstaller, privacy cleaner, configurable registry backup+clean, secure data erasure, and a startup editor).
