When cursor moves from one tab to another it would make more sense to me if only those 2 tabs moved/expanded/contracted in any noticeable way. Atm those 2 move and also all the tabs that are below the lower one move too. Also the animation isn't smooth. You'll HAVE to accept that answer then even if you can't accept it now and it's better to accept it now. I used to work for tiny web development firms and I was in direct contact with clients.
