There's code in Mozilla that has had to be rewritten 3 or 4 times and now needs another rewrite because the CSS2.1 spec has kept changing in fairly fundamental ways. So one reason not everything is supported is that in some cases the browsers support what the spec used to say a few weeks ago.... Loading...
