I can't access any of my CMS - "you don't access to this server". It's been 4 days now..if I phone I just get put on hold. They don't even bother to read my email, to understand I can't login. All they must do is navigate to the splash page and say...ok, it's up now. This is the worst service you can imagine. Total incompetence. MySQL database is backed-up, so are the static elements (photos, html, flash, etc.). Will do search and replace wherever I need to adjust things. I feel like a battered spouse now...not looking forward to a new relationship to get beaten up again. What about DNS servers? Will I need to do anything? Not that a delay will do any harm given it's just a personal site.
