I'd go for dreamhost overall... (and I did) because you get an unbelievable package ... not just the bandwidth and disk space but also other features ... and these things in my eyes make up for the glitches and small problems dreamhost may have. Today I contacted support and I got a fix and an a nice honest answer in less than an hour.
