This might end up in Philosophy and other Silliness, but it was too funny to not share with all the inmates.

During what became the The Great Tantra Challenge, Sanal Edamaruku, the president of Rationalist International, challenged India's most "powerful" tantrik (black magician) to demonstrate his powers on him. Pandit Surinder Sharma, who claims to be the tantrik of top politicians and is well known from his TV shows, represented the other side. During the discussion, the tantrik showed a small human shape of wheat flour dough, laid a thread around it like a noose and tightened it. He claimed that he was able to kill any person he wanted within three minutes by using black magic. Sanal challenged him to try and kill him.

... and it went on and on for hours to the amusement of the fearless Sanal. Oh and of course the oh so "powerful" Pandit Surinder Sharma tried to play the unexpected very strong god whom Sanal might be worshipping to protect him which Sanal blew away by saying he is an atheist.

It's almost sad that these people seem to believe in their own powers. That Kiai Master for instance, really seems to think that he will succeed. The opening clip shows a whole mob of his believers falling to the ground as he waves his hands impotently at them. That he is battered by a chap even I could ground and pound must be humiliating.

The power of belief is such that I doubt this sort of exposure really assuages the fear of fools - Sharma will likely continue to hold sway over the weak-minded.

Pretty funny

Even better is the Shaolin Monk vs the other fighter on that same page.
