Hey guys,

New here, but have a fairly in depth question to get going.
For a new project of mine I am going to be required to serve banners that will be displayed on websites other than mine. Can someone point me in the right direction of how to accomplish this. I am looking for info on how to create a Google Image type system that counts exposures as well as clicks. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

There is no way to count the clicks if you only serve an image. OTOH if you do serve a piece of script or a minimalist document you can do anything you want. Counting the exposures is trivial : it's the number of time you serve an image also again if you only serve an image, chances are highly that it will get cached in the end users user agent.
