Topic awaiting preservation: New project - workin with Zend Framework - where do I start?

Hi gUys, we just startin on a new project - where we gonna build an airline portal which has classifeds and profiles of airlines and to jumpstart Im supposed to use the zend framework. To start with - the zend framework looks kinda huge and Im not sure where to start - I haven't much idea on the MVC concept and the crash course tutors in the docs havent helped me... maybe Im askin for too much .

How should I start here on this project with teh zend framework?
