I mean, either deport them, or grant them legal status... but detaining an innocent man is immoral. (And don't get me started on: Guntanamo. Aduction of german citizines. Refusal to allow any customs/immigration detainee to speak with their consulate. Free speech zones. Warrantless border searches of laptops. Large scale wiretapping. Waterboarding. iPatriot.
