It it's a small table, few fields, then this could be done in MS Excel in 10 seconds flat including the export of data from Access to Excel. If you go to Access, you could build additional tables, for example a table with the number as the key and Good, Average, Bad as the description, or you could use conditional statements in a form or report, keeping just one table.
