The webmail draft is a cool idea. I know some people who use(d) that to communicate accross the great firewall of China as SMS "mysteriously" took days to go to and from China. |

I know some people use Evernote for such things. There is a portableapps version but I am sure it's a paid software. PortableApps.com has some "notes" style software that you could just use on a flash drive so you can get it where ever. Just don't forget the flash drive quote:
