[/quote] That's my problem with it, too. If there were any problems with letting an 8 year old shoot an automatic gun, shouldn't the trainer have stopped him? I understand the father's perspective, though. He was teaching his son how to use a machine gun. He thought his son could handle it because he had already taught his son how to shoot hand guns and rifles when he was 5. There shouldn't have been an accident...but unfortunately there was.
