As has been said earlier it depends on the image and every image is unique. If you require high quality results that is. If you don't then there are plenty of magic buttons. Using Photoshop properly takes practice/skill but ultimately it also gives the best results. If you could show us a couple of your images we might be able to help with tips. But since you don't have much time maybe you could try something like this: give each service ~20 images, evaluate the results and let the best service do all of them. Someone who does this kind of thing every day will produce much better results than doing it yourself no doubt.
