I [i]have[/i] found if it's important, to open IE with a blank page, dump all files, close, open, [i]then[/i] check the page in question. If that doesn't work, you're probably in the twilight zone, but you could try and delete the cookies manually... they should be somewhere in %appdata% / Documents and Settings, IIRC. Loading...
