I wish I had read your post Master Suho [i]before[/i] I had made my last batch. With my "near enough" and general approximations the bread was a little overcooked and did not rise fully after an hour. I did take photos which I'll post up later but I'm now going to make a couple of loaves with [b]precise[/b] measurements. You are so right about the importance of correct measurements when baking as opposed to cooking. So with imperial and metric measuring tools in hand I set off with renewed optimism to-wards the kitchen with Master Suho's words echoing in my mind.
