Finally got things back into somewhat of a routine around the house and pulled it out of the box a couple weeks ago to give it a shot and see what kind of mess we could make. Now before you post some kind of "bread-snob" (:p) remark about us using a bread machine... I know we're cheating and we're not actually "making" bread... To you I say "pffffffft" :p Big thumbs up to making your own bread (even if you cheat and have a machine do the mixing and kneading). We've only made a couple loaves, and they turned out great. Can't wait to try some more recipes. Anyone else cheat and not knead by hand? -- Any sufficiently advanced bug is indistinguishable from a feature. Loading...
