If I get a chance, I will read up on it... 2) I am quite sure that whatever the case, they will (or have) detailed exactly why they ruled the way they did themselves. 3) I am not a mind reader, and cannot tell you (aside from quoting them) why they decided the way they did. 4) Just because the Supreme Court ruled on something, doesn't necessarily make them right.
