In IE (6,7,8) it's always fine, in Fx 3 it's always bad, and in Chrome, Opera, Safari it seems to be long patches of one interspersed with the other. Note: in the example linked to above, the problem can be fixed in some browsers by switching the source order of the iframes, but it doesn't seem to be perfect.
