Some more random futzing around with Canvas. I've never played with Mandlebrot-style fractals before, which is absurd considering that I've been toying with computer graphics for the majority of my lifetime.

It takes a long time to render, but since I like to teach my programs to be polite, it will let you know how it's doing twice a second.

That is pretty! Looks nice in FF. Nothing at all in IE8. Investigating...

Does IE8 even support Canvas?

(I make every effort to support everything that isn't IE, and no effort beyond...)

IE8 does NOT support Canvas, and most Canvas "emulation" for IE support a subset of Canvas as well as possible in IE using things like VML ... that is not so well.
