Our typical customer is a building maintenance person, who probably has the lowest priority for a computer upgrade. Some are literally browsing our sites from an old computer on a shelf in a janitors closet. Up until a few months ago, about 35% of our customer base was still using IE6. This has improved, now the average for the last 30 days is about 21% which works out to about 10,000 potential customers. Obviously, we can't afford to not support it. Surprisingly, Firefox is tied with IE8 at 15% each. Loading...
