Topic: Best Twitter client?

Hey folks,

I need to set up a good Twitter framework as I need to manage a few Twitter accounts for work. So far I have installed TweetDeck and Seesmic, but I can't seem to get my head round some of the features in those clients ? mainly because I don't find it intuitive the way you can manage followers and reply to direct messages... i mean, i would get used to it I suppose, but are any of you using anything you find outstanding?

If you're on a Mac, try Tweetie.

It has support for multiple accounts, and it's got the nicest interface I've found so far.
