Hi. Sorry for bringing this to this forum

I am having great problems in finding out how to use the cauchy's convergence test.

I have to show that following sequence is a cauchy sequence:

X1 = 1
Xn+1 = 1-((Xn^2)/2)

anyone got a clue/link/hint.
