I have a flash app that is basically a text container fed by an xml file.

The flash app is meant to be run locally. Whenever I hyperlink, locally or to the web, I get the bloody security warning.
I don't expect my user to edit his/her settings each time. Is there any workaround or do I need to create an HTA container?
Thanks.

For example Index.htm would link to Page1.htm.
