I was wondering when...

The girlies got some retro remake toys. Hungry Hungry Hippos, Connect Four, and Battleship. Even a Transformer in there. All of these were made with damn cheap plastic. Hungry Hippos and the Transformer are going to get busted in no time at all. Whatever.

One of the other things that leaves a bad taste is packaging trends these past few years. Twist ties and zip ties like you wouldn't believe. Plus the plastic molding. I actually put a fresh blade in my box cutter before we got started. Whatever happened to basic cardboard cuts and styrofoam?
