Went to the Six Flags in Vallejo a few years ago...when we were staying in Napa...gotta love Northern California.

Strange how when one gets older, one pines after the homelands of lost youth...

I would kill to walk under redwoods again.

To swim in crystal clear waters of the rivers, and to hike the mountain trails of yore. To brush against the ferns that grow in ponderous amounts under the huge gentle giants, and the soft loam soaks up the sounds of tiny footsteps...

To feel small and insignificant once more.

Hmmm, I think I am waxing sentimental again.

The past is another country we did things differently there, when we were young.
A good photo helps us recapture at least part of those memories I think
