Jade is right. Everyone is, in essence, "looking for home". Everyone appears to experience life as a longing, with times of "distraction" in-between. But the longing, and the fundamental aspiration, are still there. We seek home in our friends, our work, our leisure. We always seem to be seeking the answer to "who am I?" "Why am I here?" And for - something indescribable. As for the point of Gilbert: when studying the origin of these "extraneous capabilities" or talents, and/or of the traditions through which they have been established, we find a rich, vibrant discourse with "something". This is best illustrated. Genetic research meets shamanism, I didn't want to go there but it IS there. http://www.dankalia.com/paranoia/shamans.htm Fundamentally, it appears that a tapestry of non-physical beings are there to assist. Assist in our return. https://www.wussu.com/laotzu/laotzu16.html [small](Edited by argo_navis on 06-23-2019 16:16)[/small]
