I recently mentioned dolphins as "capable of healing and of doing things very similar to meditation techniques". From the perspective of a Buddhist, they do exactly what we learn to do with their energies, down to songs for chakras cleansing, and some gestures; and I mentioned it had spawned several studies and "dolphinotherapy" (which people relied on to the point of exhausting the poor things, altruistic and compassionate as it gets : please rely on dolphinotherapy only for critical situations, with measure, in advance thank you).

There had been studies in the past, but New Scientist, here, delivers an exhaustive
review of the "seventh sense of dolphins".

The even better news? You have such a "seventh sense" too.

I will begin with one compelling physical evidence.

Doctor Bem being one of the most reputable authorities in the field of psychology as it pertains to neuroscience.
Yet the actual physical end of the transmission system, which extends from the base of the spine to the pineal/pituitary complex -
the latter being the seat of third eye stuff, is a fragment of the whole infrastructure. And its composition as a whole is hardly
relevant to its usage in many cases - intellect cannot tame what an inner willingness to commune with the environment powers.

The thing is, that with the dolphins (and other animals that have this seventh sense) there are truly physical, identified sense organs that relay the information to the brain.

What has not been identified in your link are the sensory organs themselves. The link describes the transit system (which is just the nervous system, really). One needs to have sense organs to sense stuff.

Humans would have the seventh sense as well, IF they had evolved hair cells that could actually sense as Dolphins do.

I also think you are confusing the seventh sense of dolphins (which is an electro-sense) with the fabled "seventh sense of the third (or middle) eye" here. They are obviously not the same thing.

For dolphins, it would be an eighth sense.

I was about to post the WHO clinical trials, about 50 of them, relevant to acupuncture for severe pathologies,
plus the stunning results they got with *random clinical trials: life got heavily in the way, giving me however credit
on timesight: I can see my old "warning" posts about the impending Euro-crisis long before it took shape really.

Been doing that for four years. Been riding revelations: so let's start afresh with something I am not sure I have posted yet.
