Well, there are a lot of tutorials on this subject, and a lot depends on how close your original background is to the new one. I was playing aound with an online AI tool at https://removal.ai/ which does a decent job of this. If all you needed was a one-off this could be a lifesaver. It worked best on darker backgrounds, but with some cleanup could have worked on light ones too.
