My wife uses an iPhone5. The results are very acceptable & she does some editing/enhancing in snapseed. Using the HDR setting makes a world of difference, a good difference imo, not at all garish over-the-top in-your-face as I felt was the case when HDR first appeared. I have an iPhone4 but VERY seldom take pix with it. Hardly ever use the phone period. I mostly use an entry level Lumix G something Micro/4 thirds (mirrorless) with a couple of lenses. (Don't mean to hijack the thread) I'll tell what I am impressed with tho' and if you've not yet tried...give serious consideration to google photo's. Use the setting that allows unlimited uploads. Makes for a great backup. Stitch pano's without asking. Same with animations from a series of photo's. it's biggest advantage tho' imo is the 'sorting' function. I found pics that I knew were on my various HD's SOMEWHERE. Took 3 days to upload everything but worth it ten times over. Here's 1 of the Q&D animatons google put together. https://goo.gl/photos/TSybcQEP6PjHAPyy5 The phrase I'm hearing more and more regarding digital pics is "Computational Photography". Yes you still need 'an eye' but auto-focus io settings etc are now so fast & good you can ALMOST forget about them. And just in cast this slipped you by.... INTRODUCING A NEW TYPE OF PHOTOGRAPH https://vastphotos.com/ There's a pic of lightning in there.... have a read. Completely absolutely mind numbing. (End of Hijack) Sorry about that Tao. -_Q And I did like your sunset w/audio. ___________________________________________________________________________ Sometimes I sits & Think -Sometimes I just sits.
