Many questions have been asked and answered many times by many people. For this reason it is important to search on Google before you ask a question that will probably have an easy answer that you could find elsewhere.

Searching Google is one of the easiest ways to quickly get answers to many if not all of the questions you might have. Searching on Google is not hard and can quickly get you the answer you are looking for. When you have a question you should take the keywords from your questions and enter them into the google search field, the first few links might contain the information that you are looking for. If you don't find your answer, try clicking on the groups tab. This takes you to a repository of news group posts. Many times your question has been asked before, and you will find your answer there.

After searching you will find more information about your topic, but sometimes it will not be exactly the correct information. Many times you can use your new found information to make your search more specific, and sometimes you will come up against a wall where you don't know where to go next for the information you need.

Once you hit a wall during your search it is best to come back to the Asylum with your question. When you post don't simply post your question, but also post the information you found and why you the information didn't fit your need. With a little extra explaination on your part we will be better able to help you solve your question.
