Him very wise man ^^^^^^^^^^^

I'd recommend putting pegs on your nipples - not the modern plastic ones but the wood ones with the strong springs. I have no idea if they help with tiredness - I just reckon you should give it a go

What do I do when I'm tired? I usually post silly, nonsensical things on the Asylum. Or maybe I just do that normally...

I get into bed, put on a set of headphones, and turn on "DEEP UNKNOWN" by Brannan Lane and Vidna Obmana. It doesn't send me to sleep, but it takes me to places deep, subterranean, still and extremely calming and beautiful .. then I don't care if I sleep or not ... my mind and inner vision is refreshed.

Hi, guys.
Thank you for your advices.
I went to bed after school and took nap for a while.
Then had a bottole of beer.
And went to bed again yesterday.
Now I am pretty fine.
Sleep! that is the answer.
Cya.

It's really interesting that after a good sleep, we feel not tired anymore (under most situations).
It's like drinking water when you're thirsty, eating when you're hungry, making sex when you're horny, etc...
Simple things are the better things in life.

TO SLEEP

O soft embalmer of the still midnight,
Shutting with careful fingers and benign
Our gloom-pleas?d eyes, embower?d from the light,
Enshaded in forgetfulness divine:
O soothest Sleep! if so it please thee, close
In midst of this thine hymn my willing eyes,
Or wait the amen ere thy poppy throws
Around my bed its lulling charities.
Then save me, or the passed day will shine
Upon my pillow, breeding many woes;
Save me from curious conscience, that still lords
Its strength for darkness, burrowing like a mole;
Turn the key deftly in the oiled wards,
And seal the hushed casket of my soul.

I usually have the tendecy to stay up later when Im tired, especially if Im doing something I like ie: playing a game, chatting on the net, surfing a good forum, editing a movie, compositing etc.

When Im not at my computer I usually curl up in front of TV, eat, drink, (alcoholic drinks now and again).....really not sure. Whatever springs to mind. Last thing I do usually is sleep.
