For some strange reason the proggy will not load anymore. I used it most of the day yesterday and it was fine. Here is a short recap of what I did:

I closed program by accident at the bottom tool bar ( the one that tells you how many windows are open)

An error screen poped up ( needless to say I closed that without checking what it was)

Tried open program this morning through the deskicon - no go
Tried access through Start Menu - no go.

Uninstalled program through Add/Remove in the Controlpanel

reinstall program with the existing bsetup.exe - message screen :

" An error occured while trying to replace the existing file bsetup.exe. File access denied "

checked add/remove to make sure the program wasn't listed in there again

opened Program Files - Html Beauty folder - (it shows an icon) tried to delete this - cann't delete file - sourcefile in use.

I redownloaded the program to replace the existing bsetup.exe in case it is flawed.

Same thing happening again.

I am all out of ideas what else I could possible do.

Running Win2K Prof.

To really add to this mess I am one of those people that have sitcky notes on the PC "Do not go into BIOS and stay out of the Registery" in other words I am a technical Idiot when it comes to stuff like that.

If anybody has any suggestions or whatever I really would appreciate HELP !

sib

edit:

Problem solved :

If everything else fails - REBOOT

Odd thing : When I booted down all the sudden I had at least 5 or more open windows for the program that were not there previously. The only other program I had open at the time was ACD-See and I did notice some quirks with that program here and there before.

I've had problems with it and Outlook together, usually when it won't launch I just shutdown Outlook and it pops right up. If it doesn' pop right up I check the task manager and end process on any OUTLOOK.EXEs in there, then it pops right up.

Hope it's something that simple like that. I had problems with it about a year ago and maX helped me get running again but I can't recall the solution...
