ah ha ha ha. i agree with you entirely on that one, my friend. microsoft has such a freaking hold on us that people don't know otherwise. but it SUCKS. take this conversation i happened to overhear at school a while back.

InI: OMG, did you really hear those complaints ?
I more and more share your opinion about MS, but I fear that LINUX is too much L33T to administrate for me . I absolutely don't bother about network administration and already saw how tricky it can be to set up a private network with shared connection an FTP some ports opened for P2P ... moreover I'm so used to UltraEdit + PhotoShop that I would need a lindows anyway. On the other side I more and more appreciate Mozilla Firebird and consider using Mozilla Thunderbird later so I'm almost ready to switch.
