Now normally I have no problem with this kind of thing but this is driving me nuts. I just got a Linksys Wireless G/B Router at home (WRT54G). I've got it all up and running with 2 computers a laptop (win 98) running wirelessly and a desktop (XP pro) cabled to the router. The only problem I have is that I can't share files in between the two. Nothing I do will make the two see each other. |

I think you might have to set up some sort of server deamon for file shares. XP pro should have something for that I would assume. Have you tried setting up an FTP server and working it that way? |

have you shared the drives? I know it may seem a stupid question, but I've run up against that problem before while troubleshooting someone else's network issues...everything was set up correctly except that none of the drives had been shared so neight computer actually had any content available for the other one to see. |
