For PS1 I believe Bleem! has some video capture features. I am not sure if it is video capture of just screen capture. I am not sure about PS2 stuff through. |

You can always just take the video out of the playstation and plug right into a video capture card on your PC. |

Well, if you video has video in, you just plugin in the s-video or RCA video lead into the back of you video card and the other into the TV. Your video card should come with software to capture video and auto through those inputs. |
