Topic awaiting preservation: The Asylum Outage (Page 1 of 1)

OK...I'm not too sure what's been happening over the last 4 hours or so, but I know I and several other people haven't been able to access the asylum.

Fro mthe fact that other dreamhosted pages either didn't work or have loaded very, very slowly (as the asylum is doing for me now) I'm guessing that dreamhost is having some difficulties. Would one of the asylumites who actually has a line to dreamhost tech support care to shed some light on the subject?

well, my site thespacebetweenus (which is also on dreamhost) doesn't work either. also not elysiumart. the asylum didn't appear at all for me....right now its working.....but it is extremly slow, like you described. seems like dreamhost has some hard problems.

Would appear all is back to normal.

Things are still really slow (or were just prior to my posting this ).

well... one post on webhostingtalk is apperantly a copy of a dreamhost mail claiming that it was a ddos. Mas?
