Topic awaiting preservation: Problems to show my content

As I wrote on the Ozones forum, I'm having problems to make my site navigation.

I don't want the user to have to wait the loading of the header everytime that he choose a link.
I don't want frames (looks horrible when the content dissapear under the header)
I cannot use any change layer visibility propierties script because the user will have to wait to 'everything' to load and not only the header, and I have some images in that content.
Maybe some way to change the layer content, so it loads only when you make the click.

I don't know if some document.write can help, make some variables? and write the variable into the HTML code when you make click. But I'm not sure if that will work, can you erase the first variable loaded?

Or any other PHP solution... Whatever will help!!
