I have a bunch of thumbnails and I was looking to be able to load pics in a popup window. But I want to use some script that can detect the size of the pic and make the pop-up window accordingly. Anyone have any ideas?

You can always send the image size (Height & Width) to the window popup function and use those values to set size of the popup window. But you'll need to know the size of the image when making the link.

Appart from that you'll need to nab the height and width using serverside code PHP as Pugzly suggested.
