Topic awaiting preservation: Changing title text

I want to change the text of the title of the document, during the view of the page. Is this possible, and if yes, how?

The poster has demanded we remove all his contributions, less he takes legal action.

Keep in mind that the original info in the <title> tags is what will show up in search engines. Dynamically changed title text doesn't.
