On a website i was working on, our designer had made a flash for the opening page. Also, the website was using page transitions (which I didnt like, but I digress). Anyways, on slower computers the flash would end up displaying upside down and garbled... not good |

This may not be what you want to hear, but IMO the site gains nothing from the flash animation, and all it does is cause the viewr to either wait too long, or get bored and klick on a link and miss the message. |

Everyone in the office agreed that the flash while 'looked purty', wasnt worth the bandwidth or add enough to make it used. But in the end - the client is allways right. |

Turns out its still the page transitions that are causing the problems. On the page people are linking to the contest from there are tranisitions, *sigh* |
