Im trying to make an image map for a store layout, but am finding major problems with javascript, especially when it comes to writing code for drawing tools (e.g. click drag, from point to point) eventually creating a shape, that can then be stored, and another image can be drawn over it, on top!
Any of you guys know how to do it?

This doesn't sound like an image map to me! If you will explain (step by step) just what you want a user to be able to do, maybe we can all help with this.

So far I get the idea that it involves clicking and dragging stuff. And maybe even stacking stuff......

/* Sure, go ahead and code in your fancy IDE. Just remember: it's all fun and games until someone puts an $i out */
